The use of rubber vulcanizing agent

In natural rubber, combined with sulfur can prevent the return of vulcanization, improve heat resistance, reduce heat generation, aging resistance, improve the adhesion of rubber and cord and the modulus of vulcanized rubber. It can be used for the shoulder rubber of loaded tires, cushion ply and other rubbers, which can solve the problem of shoulder gap of slanted loaded tires, and can also be used for large thick products of natural rubber and various rubber miscellaneous products.

For example, when used in combination with sulfur, accelerator MPMCZ, or TMTD as an initiator, vulcanized diene rubber (natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene-acrylated rubber, synthetic isoprene rubber) has extended coking time, reduced calorific value, high tensile strength, and excellent resistance to regeneration. 1.Auxiliary vulcanizing agent

As an auxiliary vulcanizing agent for peroxide vulcanization of various rubbers, especially in the process of peroxide vulcanization of NBR, ethylene-propylene rubber and rubber blends, it can be used as a rubber with small compression deformation, fast vulcanization speed and heat-air aging resistance.

For example, in NBR, when the dosage is 1.5phr, the compression deformation is only 3-8%, which is unattainable by other vulcanization aids.
